At Auriva, we work to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — any applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at zevikashop@gmail.com.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Auriva ships internationally. For orders outside the European Union, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at zevikashop@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Auriva is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zevikashop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Auriva is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at zevikashop@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
