At Auriva, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (EU Directive 2011/83) and US consumer rights standards.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return:
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned after the 15-day window
How to Request a Return To start a return, contact us at zevikashop@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Email address used at purchase
- Reason for the return
We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior confirmation.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days for any reason and without justification, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, Auriva will cover the return shipping.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at zevikashop@gmail.com so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
